SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We print and fulfill all products on demand once you place an order. It takes 2–5 business days to process orders.

UPDATE: due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, please allow 3-5 extra days to all times below.

You will receive all relevant tracking information via email once your payment is complete. 

Free Shipping on all orders to most of the US, EU, and multiple other locations. Custom orders will not qualify for free shipping.

Shipping rates will be provided at checkout, but do not include potential charges from customs. Your local government may also charge VAT and/or customs duties. These delivery times are based on average estimates provided by the courier and we cannot guarantee delivery time. Delivery times will depend on how efficient your country's customs agents are.

RETURNS

Any claims or issues for items must be submitted within 90 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 90 days after the estimated delivery date. 

After 90 days, packages returned are eligible for a 50% refund.

Custom orders do not qualify for the above free shipping terms and need to be requested. Custom orders returns will be evaluated by on anmls.us, anmls.us is under no obligation to return products of custom orders.
